Payments made by the cheques drawn on a location where the Bank does not have a branch might be subject to a processing and dealing with payment as decided by the Bank from time to time. “Late Payment Fee” means a charge applicable in case of the Cardholder’s failure to pay at least minimum amount due inside the Payment Due Date. “Insurance Company” means insurance company as could additionally be decided by BRAC Bank Limited, once in a while.
Subject to the necessities of statute, notification of any such change shall be given to the Cardholder by the Bank both in writing or by publication thereof. Such adjustments shall apply to all unpaid Finance Charges, Fees, Cash Advances, Costs and Card Transactions.
